Garden space is operated by WeBoost Ltd, company 08554565, registered at 5 Hanselin Court, Gedling, Nottingham, NG4 3LS. Contact mitch@weboost.co.uk about your personal information.
Your project enquiry
When you enquire, we collect the name, contact details, garden address, project preferences and message you provide. We also record the page that led to the enquiry, relevant campaign information, your permission to share it with Oeco, and the time and reference of your submission.
We use this information to handle your request, record your introduction and follow up the project. With the permission you give on the form, we share your enquiry with Garden Rooms Direct Ltd trading as Oeco Garden Rooms so its team can discuss the project, quotation, site and installation with you. Services that help us run the website
Vercel hosts the website. Our enquiry and email services process submissions and deliver project messages. Resend handles transactional email. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need the information to handle the enquiry and operate the service.
Analytics choices
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand which pages and journeys are useful. It loads only after you accept analytics. We do not send your name, email, phone number, garden address or enquiry message to Google Analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the project, follow up the introduction and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw permission for future sharing by emailing mitch@weboost.co.uk. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Your project brief and postcode
We collect your name, email, garden postcode, intended use, approximate size, timing and any project notes. Phone and full street address are optional. With your permission, these details go to Oeco so its team can discuss your project, quotation and survey.
The optional postcode check uses Postcodes.io to identify the postcode area. It sends only the postcode when you press Check. You can send your enquiry without using this check.
We retain the enquiry reference and supplier updates about receipt, acceptance, contact, quotation, sale and referral payment so we can manage your introduction and follow-up. These records are private and are not sent to analytics.
